Dear Lu,

Looks like you are trying to compile dock with mpi. Did you face the same issue while compiling a serial version of dock?

Hi, dock-fans , I am trying to install dock6.1 in linux and  having some problems. After configuring with gnu and using the "make all" command, the installation runs for a  bit.  Then some error messages appear. The folowwing is the complete output from make all.
