[Dock-fans] Calcium problem with amber score

Hi Fans
I am trying to use the amber score but i am having problems with
the prepare_amberize.pl script...my pdb file has a Ca ion and this is the error in the log file

For atom: .R<CA 45>.A<CA 1> Could not find type: Ca
Parameter file was not saved.
        Quit

of course my rec*.prmtop files have 0kb size
what can i do?
