[Dock-fans] Flexible Docking

Dear All,

What is the meaning of Flexible Docking with reference to the Dock6. I
am using my docking experiment to re-dock an already known x-ray
structure from PDB.

In my dock.in file have Flexible option set to No but the result i am
getting seams to be a flexible one. i.e   The whole docked ligand
molecule is on the same plane i.e parallel to the original ligand but
one ring is twisted to a perpendiculars position.
