[Dock-fans] Problem in sphgen

Dear friends,
 I am getting problem in sphgen. It's unable to read temp2.sph file after
99999 surface points and showing following error in OUTSPH file.

" density type =X
 reading tryr_H.ms
# of atoms =7399  # of surf pts = *****
finding sphere for tryr_H.ms
dotlim = 0.0000
radmax = 4.0000
Minimum radius of acceptable spheres?
 1.399999998
output to tryr_H.sph
error reading temp2.sph
  0  81  1.4865   0.309575  46.673946  83.545639  22.252825"


Please suggest me its solution. I shall be thankful to you.
