[Dock-fans] DMS installation issues

Hi Sebastian,
	Apparently the DOCK developers haven't updated their documentation  
yet, but the easiest way to get a DMS-format surface file is to use  
the Write DMS tool in Chimera (MS and DMS Files) rather than compiling  
and running DMS itself.  Try that out and if for some reason you can't  
use it we can try to get your compilation problems straightened out.
