[Dock-fans] dms error

Dear Dock-fans,
  I have been struggling for the past three days to just repeat the dock6
tutorial. I am stuck at step 2 which is sphere generation. I have installed
dms on four different machines and with the same rec_noH.pdb file as on the
tutorial, I can not get dms to run. Everytime it gives me this increasingly
frustrating message:

2317 atoms
        S       11
        O       444
        N       389
        C       1473
execl: Not a directory

Once again, this is with the exact same rec_noH.pdb file as in the tutorial.
I should at least be able to repeat the tutorial. I am running dms only on
my local machine.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
