[Dock-fans] dms error

Dear Nitin,
Yes, this is a common problem, and I know how to fix it.  Create a directory
/usr/local/lib/dms.

Now look in the original extracted files that you compiled from.  You will
see a file called radii.proto.  Copy this file to
/usr/local/lib/dms, and rename it to be just "radii" (i.e. take off the
.proto). Now try to run the program again.
