Hi,
Thanks for the comment, Monisha.
The step of copying from dms/radii.proto to ${LIBDIR}/dms/radii
is in dms/GNUmakefile and is executed during make install.
So it should have already been performed if the installation
recipe in dms/README was followed.
Please report whether this fixes the problem and indicate
exactly how you installed dms and your platform details.
