Hi Teck,
	The error indicates that /home/tkmaan/Desktop/dms/dmsd cannot be  
executed.  Check that the folder /home/tkmaan/Desktop/dms exists.   
Check that the file dmsd exists in that folder.  Check that the file  
is executable.
