[Dock-fans] how to run the dock6 in cygwin environment

i am ravi  and iam very new to dock6 . i am facing the problems to run the
dock6 in cygwin environment. for structure preparation i am using chimera
and prepared well but i strucked with second step "sphere generation" . can
anybody tell me how to generate spheres in cygwin environment .
