[Dock-fans] sphgen problem

Use the full path of the sphgen program as in

/home/edilson/dock6/bin/sphgen -i INSPH

Change the path above to match the location of your sphgen program.

Subject: [Dock-fans] sphgen problem

I'm having trouble using the command "sphgen". I created the file
"rec.ms" using Chimera software and the file "insph", both in same
folder. I used "vi" command to bring the insph. I used "chmod 755
sphgen" in folder /bin to activate sphgen.exe. But still appears the
phrase "bash: sphgen: command not found". I don't know else to do.
Please, someone help me!!!
