[Dock-fans] problem in Dock6

Did you do the tutorials ?
Did you compare your receptor file to that in
http://dock.compbio.ucsf.edu/DOCK_6/tutorials/grid_generation/generating_grid.html
?

There are many failure modes for that error and it is usually preceded
by a warning:
