[Dock-fans] protein-protein-peptide docking

hello,
 i am interested in docking protein-protein and protein-peptide with dock.. even i tried to dock these two . i could not succeed. can any one please tell me how to go for protein-protein and protein -peptide docking using dock software. 
 
what all changes has to be made in the parameter files so that the protein-protein docking can be done without any problem.
