Hi -
protein-protein and protein-peptide docking is a challenging problem,
and one that is - in my view - not the main strength of DOCK. I refer
to you the CAPRI project, http://capri.ebi.ac.uk/ for a community-based
evaluation of the current state of the art of protein-protein and
protein-peptide docking methods.
Good docking
