[Dock-fans] dock6 std::out_of_range

This is the first such report that Ive seen.
Determine where it fails, e.g.,
build a debug version of dock6 via 
cd install; make dockclean; make DOCKBUILDFLAGS='-g' dock
Rerun, in the debugger if necessary, to get a line number for the failure.

Otherwise file a bug report by sending all the necessary files
to repeat the failure and we'll add this to the todo list.
