[Dock-fans] About the "program cluster"？

Hello,everyone!
 
I generate the 60 clusters by sphgen. And I should get a good sphere cluster. I found http://www.csb.yale.edu/userguides/datamanip/dock/DOCK_4.0.1/html/Manual.26.html#38012
which introduce “program cluster”. 
 
The "cluster programm" can do it clearly. But there is no clusters program in dock6 source. Where could I download the cluster program? Or wihich other program can select the good sphere clusters?
