The big idea behind DOCK 6 was to make it easy to experiment with
algorithms, including scoring functions. Several scoring functions are
already available, and it should be fairly straightforward to write your
own. Certainly way easier than it was in DOCK 4 and previous versions.
If you do so, we ask that you contribute your code so that other members
of the community can benefit from your scoring function.
