[Dock-fans] Dock-fans Digest, Vol 57, Issue 5

Dear Dock friends,
       I am a new user of Dock 6.0. While i am trying to prepare the my
ligand in dock 6.0. i got the following error message

Initializing Library File Routines...
      7 [sig] dock6 5780 _cygtls::handle_exceptions: Error while dumping
state (
probably corrupted stack)
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Any help in this is greatly appreciated.
