[Dock-fans] hi

Dear dock fans,
        I am new to dock 6.0. I already installed dock 6.0 in windows vista.
It is working well. I need some manual or tutorial to setup ligand,
macromolecule, grids and docking for dock 6.0. I searched in internet but i
am not able to get the exact tutorial for dock 6.0. Please let me know where
i get tutorial or manual.
