[Dock-fans] sphgen error

Hi everyone!
I've already have the rec.ms file and INSPH.txt in the folder containing sphgen.exe...
When I run the command sphgen, I got the following error:

open: No such file or directory
apparent state: unit 5 named INSPH
lately writing direct unformatted external IO
      6 [sig] sphgen 2564 _cygtls::handle_exceptions: Error while dumping state
(probably corrupted stack)
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

and then a file named sphgen.exe.stackdump appeared.

What do I need to do?
