[Dock-fans] how working on window

Dear All,

I installed cygwin (unix emulator) on window and trying to run dock but
after the step ./configure gnu the following step to Build the desired DOCK
executable(s)  "make all" it doesn't work (it send me this message "command
not fund"). 

Someone can help me?
