[Dock-fans] Protein-DNA docking?

Dear Friends,
 I would like to see the interaction between the DNA (promoter) and protein (Transcription factor). can any one tell me how I can and which sowftware I have to use? Hope we can share all and helpful for all like sarathbabu and me...,
