[Dock-fans] spheres generation

Dear All,

I used the Write DMS Tool in Chimera for creating rec.dms file.

But "sphgen" seems work only with file rec.ms!! how I can transform .dms
file in .ms file?

 

I tried to change the file name in the INSPH from .ms to .dms but when
calculating rec.sph, which

contains the spheres in clusters, and OUTSPH, the program send me a string
reporting that no clusters are found.

 

Could anyone help me
