[Dock-fans] spheres generation

Did your original structure have residues in HETATM records?  If so  
you would want to use a current daily build of Chimera since I  
recently fixed a problem with Write DMS for such residues (the format  
of the output was wrong).  You can get a daily build from the Chimera  
home page (UCSF Chimera Home Page) by following the "Daily Builds" link.
