Hi Jennifer

This is a unix issue, not a sphgen one. You need to add the directory
where sphgen lives to your path, or use the full path to sphgen.

thus either

set path = ($path /path/to/where/sphgen/lives)
OR
/usr/mysoftware/bin/sphgen

Good luck

John

The error message I get says: "bash: sphgen: command not found" If it had never worked, I could believe that the file wasn't there or the program hadn't been installed properly. But I'm troubled by the change in behavior. I'm wondering if anybody has any insights about other situations that might cause this error message. Thanks.
