[Dock-fans] empty *.sph from sphgen

We've been trying to prepare some molecules of our own after working through the tutorials.  When we run sphgen, the output *.sph file exists but it's empty.  I found somebody with a similar error in the archives, but was unable to locate an answer to his question.  I'm hoping somebody can offer some advice.  Thanks.
