This is the error message that i get on running sphgen. could someone explain this.<br>
$ sphgen<br>

Also, the tutorial says that sphgen can handle 9999 spheres only, how
do i selectively select residues and generate spheres ?? further i
would like to know which version of chimera was used for in the
tutorial files?? since i do not find the same submenus on the chimera i
have??<br>
