[Dockdev] obtaining DOCK

I have been trying to obtain a copy of DOCK for over a week now.
Unfortunately I have no received any replies to any of my three emails. I
noticed that the DOCK website was down shortly after I sent one of my
emails and the discussion group websites were down for an even longer
period of time. What should I do next to obtain a copy of the software?
