Dear zinc fans

In one of my research studies I need to convert a set of 2Dimensional
chemical sketches into their three dimensional formats and develop a tool
for the same.I am interested in knowing the algorithm needed to do the
same.we can use high computational power for doing the same.I would also
like to know any site where I can find algorithms for
docking,minimization,simulation and optimization of small molecules
