Hi Elly
In the case where you do not click "copy SMILES", it is just like saying
"I don't care about the substructure".
In the case where you click SMILES, ZINC is trying to tell you "I don't
have one of those".
But, in order to get you an answer fast, we search for only about 1/2 a
minute. If you want to wait a little longer and be sure you have
searched the entire collection, check the box marked "no time limit"
next to the "Query Database" button.
