Hi Aparna

Thanks for your email and your interest in ZINC.  When you say "source"
you mean "vendor catalog information", is that correct?

If so, you can download "purchasing information" for each ZINC subset
found at the bottom of each download page.  This maps ZINC IDs to vendor
IDs. For instance, for the "lead like" subset (#1), the purchasing
information is here:

http://zinc.docking.org/subset1/1/1_purch.xls

which is found at the bottom of the lead like download page

http://zinc.docking.org/subset1/1/index.html

Although it is called ".xls", it is too big to open in Excel. It is a
tab-delimited file that can easily be opened in vi, emacs, or your
favorite editor.
